Proper care helps keep your furniture looking better for longer.

General Care

  • Keep furniture away from direct sunlight where possible
  • Avoid placing furniture near heaters, fireplaces or air-conditioning vents
  • Clean spills immediately with a soft, dry cloth
  • Do not use harsh chemicals, abrasive cleaners or bleach
  • Do not drag furniture across floors
  • Use coasters, placemats and protective pads where appropriate
  • Avoid standing, jumping or placing excessive weight on furniture
  • Regularly check and tighten screws, bolts and fittings where applicable

Leather Care

Leather is a natural material and may develop creases, marks, softening and patina over time.

  • Dust regularly with a soft, dry cloth
  • Wipe spills immediately with a clean, absorbent cloth
  • Avoid soaking the leather with water
  • Keep away from direct sunlight and heat sources
  • Do not use household cleaners, alcohol, solvents or detergents
  • Use a leather conditioner only if suitable for the specific leather type

PU, Bonded or Faux Leather Care

  • Wipe with a soft, slightly damp cloth
  • Dry immediately with a clean cloth
  • Avoid harsh chemicals, oils, alcohol and abrasive cleaners
  • Keep away from direct sunlight and heat
  • Do not use leather conditioners unless the product specifically allows it

Fabric Care

  • Vacuum regularly using a soft brush attachment
  • Treat spills immediately by blotting, not rubbing
  • Avoid excessive moisture
  • Do not use bleach or harsh chemicals
  • Professional upholstery cleaning is recommended for deeper stains
  • Keep fabric away from direct sunlight to reduce fading

Timber and Veneer Care

  • Dust regularly with a soft, dry cloth
  • Wipe spills immediately
  • Use coasters and placemats to prevent marks
  • Avoid placing hot or wet items directly on the surface
  • Keep away from direct sunlight and excessive humidity
  • Do not use abrasive cleaners or silicone-based polishes

Metal, Stainless Steel and Chrome Care

  • Wipe with a soft, dry or slightly damp cloth
  • Dry immediately to prevent water marks
  • Avoid abrasive pads and harsh chemicals
  • Use a suitable metal cleaner only where appropriate
  • Keep away from salty, wet or outdoor environments unless the product is specifically designed for outdoor use

Marble, Stone and Glass Care

  • Use coasters and placemats
  • Wipe spills immediately, especially acidic liquids
  • Avoid abrasive cleaners
  • Use a soft cloth and gentle cleaner suitable for the surface
  • Do not place very hot items directly on stone or glass

Outdoor Use

Unless a product is clearly described as suitable for outdoor use, it should be used indoors only. Damage caused by outdoor use, moisture, weather exposure or excessive sunlight may not be covered under warranty.
