Warranty & Consumer Guarantees
Lorgan's Archive products are covered by a 12-month warranty from the date of delivery, unless otherwise stated on the product page.
This warranty is provided in addition to any rights you may have under Australian Consumer Law.
What Is Covered
Our 12-month warranty covers manufacturing faults and defects in materials or workmanship under normal domestic use.
Depending on the issue, we may offer repair, replacement parts, a replacement item, a refund, or another suitable remedy.
What Is Not Covered
The warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear
- Misuse, neglect or accidental damage
- Damage from incorrect assembly or installation
- Damage caused by dragging, dropping or moving the item incorrectly
- Damage caused by pets, children or sharp objects
- Fabric pilling, creasing or softening from normal use
- Leather stretching, creasing, patina or natural variation
- Colour variation between batches, screens or lighting conditions
- Damage caused by exposure to direct sunlight, heat, moisture or outdoor conditions
- Commercial, hospitality or high-traffic use unless approved in writing
- Modifications, repairs or alterations made by someone other than us or an approved repairer
- Failure to follow product care instructions
Natural Material Variation
Timber grain, leather texture, fabric colour, stone veining and metal finishes may vary slightly from product photos or between batches. These variations are part of the character of the material and are not usually considered faults.
Commercial Use
Unless a product is clearly described as suitable for commercial use, our products are intended for normal domestic use only.
Use in offices, restaurants, hotels, studios, waiting rooms, events, short-stay accommodation or other commercial environments may void the standard warranty unless approved by us in writing before purchase.
