Products

We sell made-to-order reproduction furniture and related homewares. Unless clearly stated otherwise, our products are not original vintage items or licensed originals.

Product images, descriptions, dimensions and specifications are provided to help you make an informed purchase. Small variations may occur due to manufacturing updates, batch differences, photography, screen settings and natural material variation.

Reproduction Note

Our products are made-to-order reproductions inspired by recognised furniture designs. They are not original vintage items or licensed originals, and are not manufactured, approved by, endorsed by or affiliated with the original designers, estates, manufacturers or distributors.

Designer names are used for descriptive and reference purposes only.

Pricing

All prices are listed in Australian dollars and include GST where applicable.

We may update prices at any time without notice. If an obvious pricing error occurs, we reserve the right to cancel or amend the order and provide a refund where payment has already been made.

Orders

After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation by email. This confirms that we have received your order, but does not guarantee production availability.

Because our furniture is made to order, your item will usually enter production after your order is placed. Estimated production time is approximately 4 to 6 weeks, followed by an estimated delivery timeframe of approximately 4 to 6 weeks. This means the total estimated timeframe from order to delivery is approximately 8 to 12 weeks.

If an item is unavailable, delayed, incorrectly priced or unable to be delivered to your location, we will contact you to discuss available options.

Payment

Payment must be made through the payment options available at checkout. Orders will not be processed until payment has been received.

Delivery

Delivery is subject to our Shipping & Delivery policy. Freight is quoted after order and before dispatch. Standard delivery is kerbside only and does not include room-of-choice delivery, assembly or packaging removal.

Returns and Refunds

Returns and refunds are subject to our Returns & Refunds policy and your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

Warranty

Products are covered by our Warranty & Consumer Guarantees policy. Our warranty is provided in addition to any rights you may have under Australian Consumer Law.

Colour, Material and Dimension Variation

Colours may vary between product photos and the item received due to lighting, photography and screen settings.

Natural materials such as leather, timber, stone and veneer may show variation in grain, tone, texture, veining or markings. These variations are not usually considered faults.

Dimensions are provided as accurately as possible but may vary slightly due to manufacturing tolerances.

Use of Products

Unless stated otherwise, our products are intended for normal indoor domestic use. Commercial, outdoor or high-traffic use may void warranty unless approved by us in writing.

Website Content

All website content, including text, imagery, branding, layout and product descriptions, is owned by or licensed to Lorgan's Archive unless otherwise stated. You may not copy, reproduce or use our content without written permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from use of our website, products or services.

Nothing in these terms limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
